CHILDREN CLASSES
Our junior program is developed specifically for children between 5 and 12 years of age. In addition to teaching technical skills, the program is intended to teach students important life-skill concepts such as Courtesy, Integrity, Respect, Self-Control, Self-Esteem, Indomitable Spirits, and Perseverance. With our certified instructors and well-organized curriculum, students will build physical fitness, strength and stamina, while learning effective self-defense. More importantly, students will build self-esteem and develop character and discipline, which result in improvements both in school and at home.
ADULT CLASSES
We offer a program that provides a comprehensive course in martial arts for adults between the ages of 13 and 70. Students will improve their general health, fitness, self-confidence, coordination, flexibility, and strength. Tae kwon do reduces body fat and builds muscle mass, and also helps to relieve stress and tension.
Parents Morning Class
Now offering morning classes every Tuesday & Thursday at 10am for Parents at the West Studio. Join us to reach your fitness goals, improve self-confidence, strength and more! It's a great way to start your day with increased energy and focus on your training goals.
